Real people. Real freedom. Real results.
These are the transformations and the words of clients who did the work — not just changing their bodies, but rebuilding their relationship with food along the way.
Real people, real results.
Here’s something important to understand about how we get here: in this program, we don’t chase weight loss. We chase health. We chase food sobriety. We rebuild trust with food, with the body, and with ourselves — and the weight loss you see below isn’t the goal, it’s simply what follows when the real work is done.
Every one of these clients showed up, did that work, and broke free. Faces are blurred to protect their privacy — the results speak for themselves.
Individual results vary. These photos and stories are shared with each client’s permission.
In their own words.
Real check-ins, real wins — pulled straight from conversations with clients along the way.
I just came off of a week of intensive coaching with my friend Meghann. It was life changing in so many ways. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had days where I felt even half normal… For the first time in many months I felt human again. Last Wednesday in particular is a day I’ll never forget as long as I live. It was a simple day but I felt me again. I felt free. Meghann is a great person to have fighting alongside with you.
— @meatstock_usa, InstagramIf you are on the fence… JUST DO IT! Meghann’s program changed my life in a way I never thought possible!
— @kristi_enger_, InstagramI started this health journey by digging deep into the root of my problem. For me it’s about the food addiction. I worked with an outstanding coach who helped me change my life! If you’re ready to finally be free, hit her up. You won’t regret it! Remember, you’re worth it.
— Kellie Foye, FacebookFeeling really happy and strong in my program, I love that I hardly have food noise. I forget how constant it was and that was just my normal everyday. Now it frees up my mind so much to not be constantly thinking about food.
People are starting to notice I'm getting smaller. I had a doctor's appointment on May 23rd and I weighed 295. I went back on Friday, June 27th and I'm down to 270. The medical assistant thought she made a mistake and I told her that no, I have been working hard to lose. The doctor was very impressed as well.
Last night at a baseball game, I ran into a bunch of people from a school I coached at three years ago. I have not seen these people in three years. Each and every one of them told me how good I looked. Again, this is results from eating 98% of the food list for about 120 days.
I just want to celebrate that today I am 12 days SOBER from alcohol and sugar!! I am so darn excited and proud of myself, especially being able to accomplish this during the holidays!! 🎉🎉🎉
Feeling much better about the way of eating. I have lost 15 lbs since starting. I can see the changes.
I feel 💪 strong. I'm so much more active than I've been in 10 years. I feel pretty. I look back at old pictures and see a change, a thinner face, a happier person. I no longer feel tired during the day. I've been tracking my walks and journaling how that makes me feel — it's been a game changer. Journaling is key for me!!
Clothes are fitting different and my joints and body is hurting less and less. So glad to keep going.
My period is finally normal.
The old self that I was, truly wasn't my fault. I wasn't taught how to love, how to encourage myself, how to be strong in a positive way. I was taught to struggle, to do everything alone, and to make sure everyone else is happy so that I was a good person. Quite freeing to let go of the responsibility for being so broken.
Clothes keep feeling looser and I'm loving the way I'm starting to look, more and more.
Great! Mental clarity, no brain fog, stable energy, calm mind — and I rarely have any desire to binge. If those thoughts pass my mind, I speak true to myself and rationally talk myself out of it.
This week I had more energy. I notice my arms are looking more toned. I have more dresses that I saved for when I got skinny and they're too big now. I took off another pound — I'm 155!!
I can see my belly getting smaller, my clothes fitting looser, and I'm just overall more comfortable.
I just want to say again, I'm so glad I'm in this program with you. I really feel like this isn't going to just be a program I do to lose some weight. It's a lifestyle choice I've made to get myself back to health.
